Shipping Policy

At TL Vastra, we are committed to delivering your premium menswear swiftly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, processing times, and other important information regarding the delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Please note: High volume periods or promotional events may slightly delay processing times. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your premium garments are carefully packaged.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options within India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days. Free for orders over ₹1,499.
- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days. A flat rate applies based on your pin code.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier partner's tracking system.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, TL Vastra ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders
TL Vastra ensures that all items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tlvastra.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. TL Vastra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
